Making Your Courses Visible on iLearn to Students

Students will not be able to see a course on iLearn until the instructor has made it available. To make a course available to students, please follow these steps:

    1. Login to iLearn
    2. Open course you to give students access to (live course shells not DEV course shells)
    3. Administration Block, click on Settings
    4. About three-quarters of the way down the page in the "Availability" section, use the drop-down menu to make the course available to students.
    5. Save your changes.

We have moved most courses from the old site and placed them under the category: "Development." If you cannot find your course, email moodle@keyano.ca with the list of courses you want to restore. Please include the complete course title (Course code, section, semester, etc) as it appeared on the old site.

Important Note: Since the creation of the courses is automated by PowerCampus, do all your development on the course shell found under the "Development Category" and then import them to the actual course when the semester starts. For further details, contact moodle@keyano.ca or read more about it in this handout (pdf)
